Featuring the iconic one year only design, the “split-window” Corvette has risen to be one of the most popular corvettes for collectors. Finished in stunning Daytona Blue over blue interior, our split-window coupe is powered by the 340 hp 327 cubic inch small block backed with a four-speed manual gearbox. 1963 was the first year for a coupe corvette. Then chief of design, Bill Mitchell, was adamant about keeping the stingray’s center line from front to back. Though this posed a serious issue with the coupes center bar in the rear window. Many drivers complained of the blind spot it created. Siding on the side of caution, the design was pulled after just one year and in 1964 a one piece rear window was installed. This one year only design is the reason the 1963 Corvette coupe is one of the most iconic collector cars.
